We all have those lazy parenting moments when it comes to kids tea, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be somewhat healthy. You’d be surprised how easy it can be.
Recipe: NUTRITIOUS TOAST OPTIONS
Hummus & Grated Carrot: it’s pretty self-explanatory this one, though we doubt our toddler will go near it (she hates Hummus!)
Raspberry Ice: Spread the toast with cream cheese before covering with mashed raspberries
PBJ: A classic, simply combining Peanut Butter with any Jam available
Tahini, Banana & Cinnamon: Spread the toast with tahini before adding your sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Avocado: A firm favourite of hipsters the world over. Mash your avocado and spread a thick layer over the toast
