Recipe: BUTTERNUT SQUASH PASTA SAUCE
🧄 a handful of garlic cloves
🧅 an onion
🍠 pre-chopped butternut squash
🥛 milk
🧀 handful of grated cheese
Instructions:
Stir your onion and garlic over the hob for a couple of minutes before adding your butternut squash and stirring for 18 mins. Add the cooked vegetables to your mixer along with all remaining ingredients and blend.
