Recipe: SPINACH & TOMATO MUFFINS
🥚 2x eggs
🍞 150g self raising flour
🥛 100ml of milk
🧀 100g of grated cheese
🍃 80g of wilted spinach
🍅 5x cherry tomatoes
🧄 garlic powder
Instructions:
Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl and distribute into your muffin tin. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 mins.
