🍽️ Recipe of the week
Recipe: BROCCOLI OMELETTE PINWHEELS
🥦 3-4x large florets of broccoli
🌯 1x tortilla wrap
🥚 2x large eggs
🧀 a handful of grated cheese
Instructions:
Chop your broccoli finely before blasting in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Fry your broccoli on a medium heat whilst you mix your egg, garlic and cheese thoroughly before combining together in the pan. Allow your egg to fully cook on a low heat and once it starts firming up, take out and place on a tortilla wrap before rolling up.
