Recipe: FROZEN BANANA BARK
🍌 2x ripe bananas
🥜 a healthy dollop of peanut butter
🍫 a generous helping of melted chocolate
(don’t forget your toppings)
Instructions:
Freeze your chopped banana to create a base before spreading your peanut butter, melted chocolate and toppings and returning to the freezer.

We know Halloween isn’t for a few weeks, but we saw this last year and promised ourselves that we’d share it in plenty of time to prepare the eager families already seeking out their local pumpkin patches.

With the damage caused by Hurricane Helene threatening his daughter’s big day, David Jones trekked 30 miles through the debris to ensure he was there to walk her down the aisle.
