Recipe: BABY FRIENDLY ONE-POT
🧅 1/2 onion, diced
🍅 1x tomato chopped
🍠 1x sweet potato, peeled and cubed
🫘 140g red lentils, drained
🫘 60g mung beans
🌶️ 1tsp ground cumin
🌶️ 1tsp ground paprika
🧄 1/2 tsp garlic powder
🫙 3x cups of water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients into a pot and let it simmer on the hob for 20-30 mins whilst stirring.
