Set a new weekend tradition with the kids this morning.
Recipe: YOGHURT PANCAKES
🥚 1x beaten egg
🌾 100g of self-raising flour
🥛 75ml of milk
🥛 150g of Greek yoghurt
🍌 1x overripe banana, mashed
🍏 1x small apple, grated
Instructions:
Mix all your ingredients together and whisk until smooth. Add large tablespoons to oil in a pan and fry for 2-3 mins on both sides.
