🍽️ Recipe of the week
Recipe: CARROT & BROCCOLI ORZO
🧅 1x large shallot
🥦 75g of broccoli
🥕 1x large carrot
🧄 1x garlic clove
🍝 80g of orzo pasta
🥣 300ml of vegetable stock
🧀 cream cheese and parmesan
Instructions:
Add your shallots and garlic to a saucepan to heat before adding your carrot and broccoli. After a minute throw in your orzo and stock before boiling for 10 mins. Add cream cheese and parmesan.
